(More customer reviews)This is the third Shun Classic knife I have purchased. I also have the 6.5 inch Nakiri and the Utility Knife (see reviews). This little knife really excells at small slicing, chopping and dicing jobs. Shallots, garlic, green onions, and other small root vegatables are ideal fodder for this knife. It is small, lightweight and easy to handle. It is a great companion to its big brother. Highly reccommend.
