(More customer reviews)I'm really pleased with the feel and weight of these knives.They come pretty sharp, but need to be sharpened more.The blade is really thick, and heavy enough to give balance.The handle is shaped to fit nicely in your hand.I like the santuko one the best.The case it comes in is ok, but feels kind of cheap compared to the knives.This is the first case I've had with knives so they may all be that way.It's fine, it just seems flimsy like cardboard wrapped in cheap material.It does have a cool Iron Chef America stainless steel plate attatched to the front.
