(More customer reviews)This bread knife is quite sharp. It easily cuts through all kinds of bread without squishing them or creating too many crumbs from "sawing".
The wooden handle, though D-shaped and comfortable is not the same D-shape as Shun's handle, and it requires periodic maintenance, i.e. sealing with mineral oil.
Overall, a great knife.
