When I first opened the box the machete was much smaller than I expected, but looks certainly can be deceiving. This machete packs a powerful punch for the size. I went outside to test this baby on a large palo verde outside, and with every effortless swing this Golok out chopped any hatchet. The quality of this machete is quite impressive. Full tang, high quality carbon steel, razor sharp blade, comfortable curved handle, intimidating design, and nice walnut handle are just a few aspects that make this machete. I would reccomend this machete to anyone no matter how abusive your tasks are. I have quite a collection of machetes and this one by far is my favorite. For the price, quality, and use of this tool, no other machete compares, hands down.
