(More customer reviews)These really are sharp knives, and they're still sharp after some use. They are also very light and easy to handle.

The main issue I have with them is that I'm used to the heft of a large chefs knife which is missing in these. Sometimes it feels like a little extra weight would help power through whatever I'm chopping, especially larger potatoes, onions, etc. However, for smaller and more delicate things this slices and dices with ease. Not to say it won't cut the former, it will, but it seems to need a bit more force than my usual chefs knives.

Otherwise, pretty if you like pretty knive - the black blade is a nice tough. Very easy to keep clean - just rinse and you're done normally. And yes, they really are sharp. They maintain that razor sharpness from right after sharpening that normally fades so quickly on a normal knife.
