(More customer reviews)I tried a few knife sets before settling on this one.I tried the Kitchenaid & Farberware sets and they cannot match the quality of these Cuisinarts.They are so sharp that I had to change the way I prepared vegs - they are like razors! They are heavy and well balanced.Did I mention sharp?Be careful!
