(More customer reviews)Very happy with this set.Purchased back in September, and all the edges are still sharp.In fact, be careful whenyou first use the knives, I cut myself the first time (not used to sharp knives!!)Especially like that the scissors come apart, makes cleaning them so much easier.Highly recommend.I use both knives daily; or at least on the days that I cook!
